We take great care in packing and shipping your order to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition. Please review our shipping information below.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of these regions.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).  Please be aware, that our candles are handmade just for you and unexpected delays may arise.

During peak seasons, promotions, or product launches, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, destination, and packaging requirements.

Rates reflect carrier costs, packaging materials, and handling.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Bulk & Oversized Orders

Orders containing large quantities or heavy items may require a manual shipping quote.

If shipping appears unusually high at checkout, this typically indicates:

  • A bulk order

  • An oversized or heavy shipment

  • Additional carrier or handling requirements

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as USPS and other domestic or cross-border shipping providers. Carrier selection is based on the best available option for your order.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking details will be emailed to you automatically. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Duties, Taxes & Fees (Canada)

For shipments to Canada:

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees

  • These charges are not included in the shipping rate at checkout

  • Fees are determined by Canadian customs authorities


Local Pickup (If Applicable)

If local pickup is offered, details and instructions will be provided at checkout or via follow-up communication.
