Refund Policy

We put a lot of care into creating each of our handcrafted candles, and we want you to feel confident when ordering from us. Because of the nature of our products, please review the information below before completing your purchase.


Handmade & Final Sale

All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches, which means natural variations in color, texture, and finish may occur. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

For this reason, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

  • Scent preference

  • Normal cosmetic variations

  • Items that have been burned, used, or altered


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we absolutely want to make it right.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

Once reviewed, we’ll determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on availability and circumstances.


Shipping & Delivery Issues

While we carefully package every order, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Once an order has shipped, shipping charges are non-refundable.


Heat Sensitivity Notice

Candles are naturally heat-sensitive. During warmer months or periods of extreme temperatures, minor cosmetic changes such as softening or frosting may occur. These changes do not impact how the candle performs and are not considered defects.

We are unable to offer refunds for cosmetic changes related to heat once an order has shipped.


Bulk or Oversized Orders

Large or bulk orders are considered final sale once placed.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
